B2B is seeking an individual who is highly self-motivated and detail-oriented for a Carrier Compliance position. This position will require working in an office environment. The primary mission is to perform independent and objective, risk-based assessments on new motor carriers. In this role you will work closely with the compliance team processing carrier submissions, reviewing carrier documentation, and analyzing insurance coverage in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Verify safety rating, validate carrier authority, and confirm insurance coverage.
- Maintain complete motor carrier records, and accurately update changes to carrier records.
- Ensure documentation received in the verification process, such as contracts, authority, and insurance documentation is saved and imaged in the system.
- Monitor changes in the safety rating, including government regulations
- Be proactive and honest in your communication with team members and carriers
- Provide problem-solving solutions and customer service you are proud of
- Promote the B2B brand and values through your day-to-day actions
- Excellent attendance required
- Insurance, claims, and/or carrier compliance and in the transportation industry experience is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-service minded
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
- Ability to multitask or change tasks as needed with a strong commitment to quality
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to utilize internal systems
