Position Description:
The Client Success Manager will work with our clients in developing long-term partnerships. This position will primarily focus on retention and revenue growth by adding additional value to the client’s current suite of products or services. Take a pro-active approach to all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards. The Client Success Manager will work closely with all internal departments. Must be highly motivated with great organization and client service skills. This is a remote position.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage an assigned base of B2E Solution’s business clients.
- Establish relationships with key contacts at these clients, applying business acumen and a broad knowledge of the organization’s services and products.
- Conduct regularly scheduled on-site customer visits to monitor and improve the account status and client satisfaction.
- Conduct system and software utilizations, presentations, pricing negotiations, or other retention activities.
- Display accountability along with desire for personal growth and ownership.
- Provide regular feedback to B2E management regarding client risk mitigation activities or value add opportunities.
- Follow through on sales opportunities to increase sales penetration and profits of assigned accounts.
- Achieve retention targets and KPI’s as set by the Manager.
- Track all activities in CRM System.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Must be highly organized, detail oriented and proactive in nature
- Must have proficient oral and written communication skills
- Must be familiar and comfortable in working with all levels of authority within an organization
- Demonstrated ability to work quickly and efficiently under deadline pressure
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities
- Must have cross-selling experience, within HRIS preferred
- Proficient in the use of common PC applications including Power Point, Word, Excel, etc.
- Preferred knowledge with UKG Ready and HubSpot and TeamSupport
