Job Summary
B2U is seeking an experienced Head of Capital Markets to lead B2U Infrastructure Partners (BIP). Reporting to the CEO of B2U Storage Solutions, this senior-level role will be instrumental in shaping the company’s fund and capital markets strategy. The ideal candidate will have deep financial market expertise, strong relationships with institutional investors, and experience in startup investment and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the fund and capital strategy, structuring deals to support the firm’s real estate and infrastructure projects.
- Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with investors, including institutional investors, private equity firms, and family offices.
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate financial viability and investment opportunities within the energy sector.
- Prepare and present compelling investment materials to secure capital commitments.
- Serve as a key point of contact for investor relations, providing updates on investment performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including investment, finance, and legal, to align capital strategies with project goals.
- Monitor economic indicators, capital markets, and industry trends to identify opportunities and risks.
- Identify new business lines aligned with capital sources and present recommendations to senior leadership.
- Scale the company from an entrepreneurial startup to an institutional-level business within the next several years.
