Job Title: Senior Solutions Center Client Advisor (Outbound)
Under the supervision and direction of the assigned manager, the Senior
Solutions Center Advisor proactively creates customer opportunities. Also helps to
develop an understanding of the customer’s current and future financial goals and
needs by being proficient in financial planning and investment analysis. The incumbent
possesses a broad understanding of IRA, brokerage, insurance, advisory accounts,
alternative investments, and bank products and is accountable for both referred and
direct sales and service of non-FDIC-insured investment and insurance products. The
incumbent will gather and analyze financial information to provide customers with
financial solutions to best fit their needs by possessing a working knowledge of the
financial planning processes. The Senior Solutions Center Advisor will proactively
contact prospects and the existing base of household accounts to sell financial planning
services and manage accounts residing in the Solutions Center. The incumbent is responsible for their assigned book of business/customers, advising, planning, and retaining, with the main source of activity being a single book of business of 300 – 500 households with up to $50 million assets under management
(AUM).
What You’ll Do: (Other duties may be assigned.)
- Proactively contact prospects and the existing base of household accounts to sell financial planning services. Meet outbound calling requirements of dials per day/week, appointments made and kept, number of profiles, and number of plans created.
- Provide strong consulting recommendations to effectively manage accounts residing in the Solutions Center or their own book of business.
- Provide advanced financial and retirement planning services to Company and customers.
- Maintain expert knowledge of financial services/products to provide customers with solutions regarding the sale of IRA, brokerage, and insurance, trust products and trust services, and bank products.
- Review and analyze prospective clients' and existing customers' current financial situations to determine what appropriate financial services/products would meet their needs. Use prior experience and expertise to offer effective ideas and solutions for their clients.
- Present prospective clients and existing customers with financial plans for their review and consideration while possessing the knowledge to explain all pertinent information related to the plan to achieve quality service and customer satisfaction. The candidate must be proficient in using Monte Carlo analysis in building needs-based and risk-based portfolio structures for clients.
- Assist customers with the application process for financial products according to internal policies and procedures.
- Responsible for offering detailed solutions to prospects and to customers calling with questions related to their retirement plan, participating in efforts to generate business, and properly managing client relationships.
- Cross-sell by making customer and prospect referrals to Company for the sale of bank products and services.
- Maintain all required FINRA and SEC licenses necessary to conduct business and adhere to compliance concerns.
- Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.
- Associate degree or equivalent related experience required.
- 3 years of successful financial planning analysis, building of financial plans and investment planning experience is required.
- Series 7 license is required.
- Series 63 and 65 OR Series 66 (combo exam of 63/65) licensure is required.
- Life & Health license is required.
- CFP or CFA is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree and additional experience is preferred.
- Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service members.
Physical Demands:
The associate must be able to travel occasionally by themselves within the US, possibly

Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
