B3 Resource Solutions is a small business in Evansville, IN. We are professional, agile and our goal is to find a few quality IT Helpdesk Technicians in the coming months for a reputable local client.
We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our team of Help Desk Analysts. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator who is great at solving customer issues and has experience with internal software systems. You will be responsible for analyzing customer calls, identifying root causes and making quick, accurate decisions regarding solutions. We offer a full benefits package including 401(k) and health insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems on network systems, laptops, printers and other peripherals.
- Communicate technical information to nontechnical staff.
- Diagnose problems and resolve issues with help of peer support specialists when appropriate.
- Document all work performed and communicate with appropriate technical staff.
Job Types: Contract, Temp-to-hire
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
