Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
- Utilize CCTV and other surveillance equipment to detect suspicious activity.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, following established protocols.
- Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Provide first aid and CPR when necessary, ensuring the well-being of individuals on-site.
- Document incidents accurately in reports for future reference.
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
- Engage in conflict management techniques to de-escalate potential issues.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred.
- Knowledge of loss prevention strategies and techniques is highly desirable.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is required; additional certifications in security training are a plus.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance operations is advantageous.
- Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle conflict effectively.
- Must be able to pass background checks as part of the hiring process.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
