Overview
BizSolutions 360, Inc. (B360) is seeking a highly qualified C*_onstruction Management Representative (CMR)_to oversee construction activities for the r_*ehabilitation and expansion of the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) at _Mount Rushmore National Memorial. The facility supports over 3 million annual visitors and is vital to park operations including concessions, housing, and administrative services.
The CMR will provide full-time, on-site construction management and inspection services, ensuring strict compliance with plans, specifications, safety regulations, and environmental standards. This role demands specialized experience in wastewater infrastructure, technical acumen in construction documentation, and a strong understanding of federal quality control procedures.

Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of construction management or inspection experience on projects of similar size and complexity, especially in wastewater treatment plant rehabilitation/expansion.
- Familiarity with the three phases of onsite control.
Technical Skills
- Skilled in cost estimating, Primavera and MS Project (schedule review, critical path theory), Microsoft Excel/Word, and SharePoint.
- Ability to draft RFPs, review contractor submittals and RFIs, and monitor contract compliance.
Certifications & Education
- OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety Training (mandatory).
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Environmental Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Active professional certifications (e.g., P.E., PMP, QA/QC credentials) are a plus.
- Completion of state-approved erosion/sediment control training or equivalent licensure.
Government Experience
- Prior experience with Federal agencies (e.g., NPS, DOI, USACE) is highly desirable.
Work Schedule & Location
- Full-time on-site presence is required from approximately May 2025 through project completion (April 2027). This is subject to change
- Schedule: 5 days/week, 10-hour shifts, with some flexibility as needed.
- Work Location: Mount Rushmore National Memorial, Keystone, SD
