What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Architect position at B360™?
We are looking for a passionate Landscape Architect. This role will involve site analysis, design documentation, stormwater management, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams on various short- and long-term development projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop site analysis, design studies, and review alternatives for site projects
- Prepare detailed construction documents for landscaping and stormwater management
- Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and scope of work
- Provide technical expertise for in-house and external design reviews
- Collaborate with Facilities Management staff during construction and project execution
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture (LEED Certification preferred)
- 5 years of progressively responsible experience in landscape architecture, with a focus on institutional or public projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Project, and design software (Bluebeam, Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp)
- Knowledge of environmental regulations, stormwater management, and sustainable landscape practices
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Preferably residing in Maryland

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
