We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk/Receptionist in our Dallas, TX office. In this combined role, you will be responsible for managing front desk duties and handling essential data entry tasks, ensuring smooth office operations and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, take messages, and provide information as needed
- Manage the office’s incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Assist with preparing reports and generating data summaries
- Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data at all times
- Perform general office duties including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Previous experience in data entry, receptionist, or office administration is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic office equipment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in data entry
