Responsibilities:
- Strong customer service skills and effective communication abilities
- Experience in retail sales and cash handling
- Proficiency in basic math and retail math
- Responsible for making daily phone calls and contact with gym prospects. This includes learning Gymsales software proficiently.
- Provide excellent tours and follow the Snap Fitness sales process when working with gym prospects
- Learn and utilize with competency Glofox member management software
- Complete training and follow process for software, sales, marketing, customer service.
- Learn how to use and show gym equipment purpose and benefits
- Follow company policies.
- Assist in recovering all failed payments and money owed (decline recoveries)
- Onboard new members following Snap Fitness training programs
- Communicate with members regularly to keep them informed and engaged with the club activities.
- Keep gym clean and equipment tidy.
- Complete daily cleaning checklist for club.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 20 per week
