We’re scaling rapidly, and we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment to own and drive our performance marketing engine.
Role Summary:
As Digital Marketing Manager at B9, you will be responsible for driving growth through new customer acquisition channels and continuously improving conversion rates (CR) across the funnel. You will manage high-volume install campaigns across multiple networks and collaborate closely with our agency partners and internal team. Experience with AppsFlyer and deep understanding of mobile performance marketing is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize high-scale acquisition campaigns focused on app installs and activation, primarily for iOS.
- Continuously test and scale new media sources (ad networks, DSPs, affiliate partners, and more).
- Manage external agencies and media partners to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance daily through AppsFlyer, ensuring efficient cost per install (CPI) and downstream conversion (activation, retention, LTV).
- Drive creative testing and experimentation to improve ad performance.
- Collaborate with the product and analytics teams to optimize the customer journey and increase activation rates.
- Deliver data-driven insights and actionable recommendations for scaling campaigns.
- Ensure full compliance with industry standards and internal guidelines (fintech regulation sensitivity).
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in digital performance marketing, ideally in B2C sectors such as fintech, mobile gaming, or e-commerce.
- Proven experience running high-budget, high-volume install campaigns.
- Expert knowledge of AppsFlyer and mobile measurement platforms.
- Solid experience with App Store Optimization (ASO).
- Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of campaign data & attribution.
- Experience working with external agencies and managing media budgets efficiently.
- Data-driven mindset with strong testing and optimization discipline.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in fintech or financial services marketing.
- Understanding of creative trends in short-form video ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
- Experience with subscription-based or membership models.
