What You'll Be Doing:

As a Precision Assembly Technician, you’ll be a key player in crafting the critical components of our cutting-edge 3D printers. Your precision and expertise will directly influence the performance of our products, empowering industries worldwide to save lives, create breakthroughs, and produce cutting-edge solutions.

• Assemble with Excellence: Perform detailed, repetitive tasks to build a vital component of our technology, adhering to exacting standards.
• Own the Process: Follow established guidelines while taking full ownership, spotting inefficiencies, and helping us improve.
• Inspect and Ensure Quality: Identify, report, and resolve process or material issues with confidence.
• Collaborate for Success: Partner with team members to troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance the assembly process.
• Deliver Consistent Results: Maintain focus and accuracy to meet and exceed quality and production goals.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the Technician will need the following.

• A proactive attitude and a sense of ownership over your work.
• High attention to detail, a commitment to producing high-quality work, and ability to master fine detail work.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and report issues promptly.
• Able to work independently.
• Strive to achieve both company and personal production goals, consistently challenging self to perform at your best while maintaining consistent excellence, and continuously turn the knob towards perfection.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or similar detail-oriented role, such as fine tolerance fabrication and inspection (i.e. component hand soldering, building circuit boards, small pixel size display assembly, micro component manufacturing, lens manufacturing, etc.) Experience in a clean room environment is a plus.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
