We’re looking for driven, outgoing individuals to join our team in Dallas as Sales & HR Representatives.
This unique role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both sales and human resources—including recruiting, interviewing, and training new hires—all while developing leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
Sales & Customer Engagement:
- Build relationships with potential customers and promote our services.
- Execute direct sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Represent clients professionally while developing strong communication skills.
Training & Recruiting:
- Assist in identifying and recruiting top talent for our growing team.
- Conduct department and team interviews and help with the hiring process.
- Train and mentor new hires, ensuring they are set up for success.
Leadership & Growth:
