Job Description
ba&sh is looking for a dynamic and highly motivated candidate to take part in the development of the brand in North America.
As a member of the Merchandising team in the North America business unit, you will report directly to our C.E.O and you will be based in New York City.
In this capacity, your missions are as follows:
- Build the OTB and monitor the engagement through the buying period.
- Create product assortment and define an efficient clusters for the stores.
- Define the prices of the collection.
- Define buying quantities for Retail and Wholesale respecting the OTB per delivery drops.
- Set-up markdown strategy respecting the margin goals.
- Optimize stock depth in stores and reorders to increase sales and minimize leftover.
- Propose multi-channels transfers to optimize allocation.
- Analyze the business through weekly and seasonal collection reports (sales, margin and product analysis) and propose some recommendations and action plan.
- Monitor the off-price operations using the leftover from previous collection.
- Management of 3 VIE.
In addition, you will ensure that ba&sh's CSR policy is respected and embody this commitment on a daily basis.

Profile
You recognise yourself in this career path:
- University education in business school
- Interest in the sector read-to-wear or retail
- 3 o 4 years in a similar position
You stand out for your:

- Able to work with international team
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic, motivated to learn
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, stores, departments and team members
- Ability to adjust to competing and shifting priorities
- Highly organized and able to multi-task
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
You master:
- Proficient in MS Office programs, with excellent skills in Microsoft Excel
- English fluently
- Knowledge of French is a plus
