SECURITY OPERATION/SALES MANAGER

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Operation/Sales Manager to oversee and enhance the security operations and bring new clients to our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing security protocols to ensure the safety of personnel, property, and assets and find and succure new security contracts. This role requires strong leadership skills, and the ability to handle conflict effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures to protect company assets.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
• Manage a team of security personnel, providing training in areas such as CPR, First Aid, and conflict management.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as necessary to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, conducting investigations as needed.
• Maintain records of security incidents and prepare reports for management review.
• Find and seccure new security contracts

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a security management role or related field.
• At least 5 years general sales, and security supervision
• Background in law enforcement or military service is advantageous.
• Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for identifying potential security threats.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and communicate effectively at all levels.
