What are the responsibilities and job description for the Infrastructure Automation Engineer ( W2 Only, No C2C) position at Baanyan Software Services, Inc.?
Skills required :
- Infrastructure Automation :
- Proficiency implementing modular infra-automation flows using tools (i.e., Terraform, AWS CDK) for multi-step infra provisioning (e.g., provisioning databases, computes, firewalls, VPCs)
- Expertise in AWS, and on-prem provisioning automation (optional : experience with GCP, Azure – multi-cloud environments) – with primary cloud expertise in AWS
- Strong experience implementing & using CI / CD pipelines with best practices
- ServiceNow and Asset Management Integration :
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with automation tools (e.g., Terraform, AWS CDK) and asset management systems.
- FinOps & Compliance Automation :
- Knowledge of implementing and integrating FinOps for cloud cost optimization during automated product provisioning
- Experience implementing scripting (Python, PowerShell) for compliance and custom automation tasks
