As a Project Manager, you'll oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of high-end residential construction projects from start to finish. You will ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while maintaining excellent client relationships. This role requires a strong work ethic, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of residential construction projects.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining a white glove customer service approach.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Oversee all aspects of construction to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure excellence.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.

Qualifications

• Must have 5 or more years of experience in residential or commercial project management and/or estimating.
• Proven expertise in managing high-end residential projects.
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• A positive, customer-focused attitude and a commitment to excellence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices.
• Experience with project management software, such as Asana or similar tools, is a plus.
• This role may require the ability to visit active construction sites and effectively manage multiple concurrent projects.
