The Site Superintendent ensures our projects run smoothly and meet the highest quality standards. You'll oversee daily site operations, manage subcontractors, and uphold our reputation for excellence. Your role is vital to keeping projects on schedule, on budget, and aligned with our client's expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at construction sites to ensure work progresses efficiently and safely.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring adherence to project timelines.
• Maintain quality control and enforce standards for cleanliness, safety, and security on-site.
• Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with plans, specifications, and local building codes.
• Communicate regularly with project managers to provide updates on progress and address challenges.
• Track project milestones and ensure all phases are completed to specification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within residential construction.
• Expertise in high-end custom homebuilding, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for working with clients, subcontractors, and the internal team.
• Proficiency with project management software (experience with Asana, BuildTrend, or similar tools is a plus).
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
• This role may involve physical activity such as lifting up to 50 pounds, working at heights, and exposure to outdoor weather conditions
