Baba Health Care is actively seeking to employ a highly motivated, primary care experienced Nurse Practitioner for 2 month locum position in our established Internal Medicine practices in Melbourne FL. You must have a minimum of 1 years of hands-on experience as a Nurse Practitioner in Internal medicine .
Must be Board Certified and licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of Florida.
Nurse Practitioner job description
Office based to include annual well visits, health maintenance checks, management of multiple chronic diseases, minor office procedures and verification of labs/clinical documents.
Eclinical experience is a bonus
The schedule is full-time; Monday - Friday
Start time Feb 1 st 2025 to March 31 st with possible extension for another month .
Working within a Electronic Health Record (ECW) environment provides ease of access to patient health history and optimizes the delivery of quality care to our patients.
The ability to effectively build and manage relationships with our patient community is critical to the success of our practice. Must be able to work within the scope of practice guidelines and appropriately direct patients for follow-up care as their healthcare needs dictate.
