What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender/Barista position at babas on meeting?
Our bartenders are expected to provide the highest quality product and customer experience possible in a professional manner through the unified efforts of the team. Baristas/bartenders are expected to accomplish this by following the leadership of the manager, using the tools, training and resources provided.

Responsibilities
- ensure customer needs are met in a timely fashion
- maintain production pars for all coffee and FOH items
- monitor product quality and freshness
- maintain working knowledge of currents offerings for cocktails, wines and beers
- follow department procedures for preparing, storing, rotating, and stocking of product
- maintain a clean and organized work work space
- check in and receive orders
- work with a sense of urgency
- dishwashing and light prep
Desired Work Experience
- 2 years food and beverage industry experience
- craft cocktail, wine, bartending experience or coffee knowledge
