JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for leading a team. The range encompasses the full breadth of TEi product lines including Condensers, Feedwater Heaters, Moisture Separator Reheaters, Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers and Fired Heaters. They will be accountable for the development and implementation of Service strategies to maximize opportunities successfully execute projects, while assuring that booking and margin targets are met or exceeded. They will work with the team to manage the production orders of customers in the power generation, refinery, petrochemical and chemical markets. It will be critical to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all functional departments to support existing or potential Service opportunities.
Department Management
- Development, maintenance and adherence to proposal process and procedures.
- Lead planning for all department resources including hiring of personnel and expenses for any department specific equipment/tooling.
- Responsible for implementation/training new department resources and/or equipment.
- Manage and direct daily activities of department staff, motivate staff, establish personal objectives and develop a team of committed individuals.
- Carry out execution performance and business analysis for growth and strategy setting.
- Develop and maintain an accurate Line of Sight to support revenue and resource planning.
- Support in the maintenance of proposal data by product, service type and market to monitor metrics such as opportunity to proposal conversion and proposal to project hit rates.
- Ensure that projects are properly transitioned to all functional departments, customer requirements are understood/adhered to and required costs have been captured.
- Communicate plans, resource constraints and focus efforts with Partner companies.
- Ensure all project related state and/or local contractor licensing and/or permitting is in place and current in accordance with local law.
- Other duties as directed.
MINIMUM SKILL SETS
- Experience in Sales & Operations of Field/Construction Services.
- Experience in Industrial/Power Services, Nuclear experience preferred.
- Must be experienced with cost estimation & schedule development for industrial manufacturing
- Manage, set objectives and evaluate performance of respective team.
- Must possess creativity/adaptability to develop successful bid & project execution strategies.
- Requires the constant and consistent exercise of intellect, judgment, and ability.
- Position requires frequent exercise of decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Handle responsibilities with effective interpersonal skills and ability to effectively interface with others inside and outside the Company is required.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering from an accredited college.
EXPERIENCE:
10 years of Project Management, Project Management and/or equivalent experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
