Director of Projects

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Projects located in Tulsa, OK. The Director of Projects will oversee project management tasks, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Responsibilities include leading project planning sessions, coordinating resources, managing risks, and stakeholder communication. Additionally, the Director will ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

• Proven experience in project management and project planning skills
• Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive performance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus
• Experience in the energy sector is beneficial
