The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our AVEVA solutions, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. This role will also involve mentoring junior staff and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the organization's IT goals.
Senior Systems Administrator
- Infrastructure Design : Design and implement server solutions to support business operations, including virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Performance Monitoring : Monitor system performance and resource utilization, implementing optimizations as needed.
- Security Management : Implement and maintain security measures, including patches, updates, and compliance with organizational policies.
- Backup and Recovery : Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Troubleshooting : Provide advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networking issues, resolving incidents in a timely manner.
- Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
