We are seeking a skilled EBS Financial Analyst to join our finance team and play a key role in optimizing and managing our Oracle E-Business Suite financial modules. 1. Financial Analysis :
a. Conduct in-depth financial analysis using Oracle E-Business Suite to support strategic decision-making.
b. Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to management for informed decision-making.
2. System Configuration and Maintenance :
a. Configure and maintain Oracle E-Business Suite financial modules to align with organizational
requirements.
b. Implement system updates, patches, and enhancements as needed.
3. Reporting :
a. Develop and generate financial reports using Oracle E-Business Suite reporting tools.
b. Create and customize reports to meet specific business needs and regulatory requirements.
4. Process Improvement :
a. Identify opportunities for process improvement within financial functions and implement changes using Oracle E-Business Suite.
b. Streamline financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
5. Integration :
a. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between financial processes and other business functions.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of proven experience as a Financial Analyst with a focus on Oracle E-Business Suite financial
modules.
3. In-depth knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable,
Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
4. Strong financial analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights
effectively.
5. Proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite reporting tools and other relevant software for data analysis and
reporting.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
7. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
8. Relevant certifications in Oracle E-Business Suite or financial analysis are a plus.
