We are seeking a full-time Greeter to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a warm greeting upon arrival at our store, communicating with sales team members, and overseeing the uplist
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers to our store
- Assign sales team members to assist customers
- Coordinate the uplist
- Document customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Assist with processing payments and checking customers out who are buying accessories.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Schedule:
- You will work 5 - 8 hour days Tuesday through Saturday 1 pm -9 pm shift
Off- Sunday and Monday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
