We are seeking a part-time Greeter to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a warm greeting upon arrival at our store, communicating with sales team members, and overseeing the up list
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers to our store
- Assign sales team members to assist customers
- Coordinate the uplist
- Document customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Answering phone calls and transferring where necessary
- Helping the company with random projects as requested.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be available to work weekends.
- Strong Computer and Typing skills are needed.
Schedule:
4 day work week Friday - Monday, 3 days off Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Friday, Saturday, and Monday hours are 9:30 am to 5 pm, and Sunday hours are 11:30 am to 5 pm.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 26 – 29 per week
