Babica Hen Cafe in Lake Oswego has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and motivated individual looking to join an amazing team of hospitality professionals as a server. We are a popular breakfast, brunch and lunch cafe that provides exemplary service and made-from-scratch fare in a relaxing, friendly environment. If you are customer focused, attention to detail oriented, enjoy serving others, possess strong communication skills and a positive attitude we would love to hear from you. Applicants are preferred to have full service restaurant experience, but other hospitality experience is also appreciated and considered. Applicants should be skilled communicators, be able to move quickly and stay on their feet for extended periods, have food and beverage knowledge, be organized, cool headed, positive and motivated to serve others and help a team of great people be successful!

Applicants should have their OLCC permit or be in the process of acquiring it.

We are looking to hire long term partners that can grow with us. Compensation is extremely competitive and comprised of a starting hourly wage of $16.75 plus tips. Our shifts are mornings and early afternoons and weekend availability is required. Being a morning person (or an aspiring morning person) is extremely beneficial.
