Position Summary :
Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil PE with 4 years of experience. The successful candidate will be proficient in Civil 3D and will have experience in designing and executing land development projects across various sectors, including commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, and / or residential.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate on land development projects, including site planning, grading, drainage, and utility design.
- Use Civil 3D to create detailed site layouts, grading plans, and profiles.
- Conduct feasibility studies and prepare engineering reports for various land development projects.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and government agencies.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, permitting requirements, and company standards.
- Conduct field visits as needed to oversee construction activities and ensure adherence to project designs.
- Participate in project meetings, providing updates on project progress and addressing any issues or changes.
- Work independently and as part of a collaborative team to complete deliverables on time and within budget.
