Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee various administrative tasks, event planning, and team management. Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of parenting educators who deliver curriculum-based programs in the homes of families we serve
-Educate and inform other agencies, organizations and the pubic at large about the programs of Baby Bear Hugs
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Plan and organize events, including meetings, community outreach and fundraisers
-Have a passion and understanding of child development, parenting education and early childhood
-Communicate efficiently with the use of technology and the written word
-Travel to meetings, community outreach and fundraising events
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Coordinator or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent team management abilities
- Exceptional communication skills
-Reliable, insured transportation and a valid driver's license
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
