Our slogan is convenience through innovation and thoughtful design. We're seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our retail media platforms strategy. As a key member of our team, you'll help develop and execute campaigns that drive sales, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement on retail media platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and Target. Job Descriptions & Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute retail media strategies: Create and implement comprehensive plans to achieve business objectives on retail media platforms, including campaign development, budget management, and performance analysis.
2. Manage retail media campaigns: Oversee the development, launch, and optimization of campaigns across multiple retail media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand goals and messaging.
3. Analyze performance and optimize campaigns: Monitor campaign performance, analyzing metrics such as sales, ROI, and customer engagement. Use data insights to optimize campaigns, improve performance, and inform future strategies.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of brand messaging and promotions.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates: Maintain expertise in retail media platforms, including new features, best practices, and emerging trends.
6. Manage budgets and ensure ROI: Oversee budget allocation and ensure that campaigns meet or exceed ROI targets.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with retail media platforms: Foster strong relationships with platform representatives to stay informed about new opportunities, features, and best practices.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on sales or lead generation.
- Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Amazon Portals, Target, Walmart etc).
- Strong understanding of sales funnels and customer journey mapping.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and project management skills.
