Position Summary:
The Conair Summer Internship Program offers exceptional students an opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn firsthand about the diverse business operations at Conair. Those selected will acquire invaluable professional skills through challenging projects and on-the-job learning experiences.
Position: BaBylissPRO Styling Social Media Intern
The PRO Styling Social Media Intern will assist in managing and growing our Instagram and TikTok channels (@Babylissprousa), with a focus on elevating our brand presence and supporting key launches. A primary focus of this role will be assisting in ideating, planning, and executing the launch strategy for a major new product release. This includes helping to drive awareness, excitement, and engagement around this highly anticipated launch.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with content management and scheduling for Instagram and TikTok, ensuring consistent messaging and on-brand visuals.
- Support the development and execution of a comprehensive social media strategy for the new launch on social media.
- Help identify trending content, emerging concepts, and relevant influencers to enhance engagement and reach.
- Collaborate on content creation, including brainstorming ideas, sourcing visuals, and curating user-generated content.
- Monitor social media analytics to track performance, report insights, and optimize content.
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in beauty, styling, and social media marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and social media trends.
- Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
- Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
- You should be a current college student, entering your junior or senior year in the fall of 2025.
- We require candidates to maintain excellent academic standing.

- Compensation is set at $25 per hour.
- This internship is Mond - Fri in the Stamford, CT office beginning June 2, 2025 to August 8, 2025.
Environmental Factors:
- Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
- Must be able to sit/stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time.
- Demonstrated strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, is a must.
