Responsibilities of the Entry Level Management Associate : Develop and implement sales strategies through direct community outreach to exceed business objectives. Effectively build and maintain relationships with customers to qualify long-term customers, increase customer retention, and promote repeat business. Utilize generated leads to reach sales and customer satisfaction goals by qualifying customers and providing exceptional customer service. Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop effective marketing strategies to meet their needs. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our clients receive innovative and competitive solutions. Actively lead training on product knowledge, consumer satisfaction, and compliance to sales teams on behalf of management.
