Verizon Account Agent Responsibilities:
- Act as a positive and first point of contact for our clients, directly presenting and informing new and existing consumers about Verizon products and services
- Engage with consumers to identify and meet their needs, focusing on improving the customer and sales delivery process through personalized interactions
- Develop new business opportunities utilizing strategic sales techniques
- Collaborate with the sales & Verizon Account Agent team and assist in exceeding sales goals through daily meetings regarding past engagements
- Attend training sessions to understand marketing trends/changes and have a full knowledge base of Verizon's cutting-edge products and services
Qualifications for the Verizon Account Agent Role:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, business management, or as a Verizon Account Agent is preferred but not required
- 0-2 years of experience in account management, client support, or entry-level sales
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to overcome objections
- Superb critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proven communication skills in a direct setting to establish trust and build rapport with clients and colleagues
