Distillery Equipment Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems, including pumps, motors, PLC/HMI, and process control systems.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor and maintain plant infrastructure, including mechanical and electrical systems, to detect potential malfunctions and prevent accidents.
• Work collaboratively with other maintenance staff and operators to repair and maintain production equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of parts and materials used, as well as labor hours spent on maintenance activities.
