You will play a critical role in taking a portfolio of brands and elevating their performance across the market. You'll do this by leading demand planning and S&OP processes for your assigned brands.

Responsibilities
Manage the demand planning process for assigned brands and prioritize markets for the supply plan within the portfolio.
Develop demand plans and drive monthly consensus through the S&OP process for volume and revenue projections for the assigned brands, involving the key internal stakeholders.
Create and propose product allocations for brands that warrant this approach.
Collect past and future demand drivers and work with stakeholders to identify the impact of drivers on demand.
Work with the commercial teams to gather latest market intelligence on specific customer-level demand events.
Liaise with customer service, investigation, and analysis to determine short-term demand trend impacts, highlighting deviations to plans and escalation into S&OE.
Uncover risks and opportunities tied to demand uncertainties and help develop alternative business response options with the Marketing and Commercial teams.
Maintain, analyze, and review statistical forecast data for the assigned brands.
Continuously analyze forecast performance, identify root causes for variations, and drive improvements in forecasting techniques & approach.
Monitor demand planning key performance indicators and performance metrics, publishing a monthly dashboard for assigned brand sell-in & sell-out performance.
Gather input from the business users and leadership team to improve system functionality, demand planning business processes, and forecast accuracy.
Requirements
Demonstrated ability to use analytical and statistical models to analyze demand and prepare forecasts in SAP or other advanced planning tools.
Undergraduate degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA a plus.
3-5 years forecasting/demand planning experience in the Food & Consumer Packaged Goods industry.
Proven time management and multiple task management capabilities.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) for communication across global and cross-functional teams. Must communicate "up" effectively to the Manager and Director level.
