What are the responsibilities and job description for the Working Head Chef position at Bacchus Restaurant & Brewery?
Applicant must be experienced, motivated, have strong managerial skills, an ability to manage labor and food cost at industry standards. Manage high standards of food presentation, create seasonal menu changes, as well as tri-weekly specials, and keep a sanitary work environment.
Our expectations is that, minimally, we expect the kitchen to break even on overhead, labor, and food costs.
This is not an executive chef position as you would be required to work the line along with the line cooks. This is a 50 hour per week position.
On a quarterly basis, we are offering the lead chef .50 out of every dollar above the break even point.
