Responsibilities

- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Load and unload materials and equipment as needed on-site.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks on the job site.
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team is essential.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- A valid driver's license is advantageous for transportation purposes.
