Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe and respectful learning environment
- Provide individualized instruction and support to students based on their needs and abilities
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to enhance the learning experience
Experience:
- Previous experience working with students, preferably in a classroom or educational setting
- Knowledge or experience in a specific subject area such as culinary, theater, or preschool education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies
