Responsibilities:
* Teach private and semi-private drum lessons
* Create a focused and encouraging lesson atmosphere
* Assess student readiness to join a band or ensemble
* Assist at school events
* Repair equipment as needed
Requirements:
* Intermediate to advanced skills on the drum set
* Ability to communicate effectively with students
* Experience working with youth and/or beginning musicians
* Effective time management and organizational skills
