We are looking for an Assistant Manager- Music Education to support the Site Director in the daily operations and responsibilities of the school. Run the day-to-day music education operations of the school :Supervise arrival and departure of students
Provide support to instructors as needed for teaching activities.Maintain complex schedules of classes, staff, and students.Administer daily enrollment, scheduling, retail sales and billing adjustmentsAssist with inventory control to ensure appropriate stock levelsEnsure cleanliness of facility.Responsible for timely opening and closing of the school, in conjunction with other managementProvide exceptional customer service :Greet customers and students in a personable and courteous manner.
Proactively communicate operational information with customers.Foster a positive environment where people feel welcome, acknowledged, appreciated and want to ‘hang out’.Support the expansion of the Music Education Business :Warmly greet prospective customers on the phone and in person.
Give facility toursExplain the BachToRock philosophy and method to prospective customers.Stay up to date on continually updating B2R curriculumFollow up with prospective customers in person and over the phone.Support external marketing eventsAssist with student recruitment and retention of private lessons, bands, classes, and camps.Teach private lessons and group classes, as needed and approved by Site DirectorKnowledge and Abilities :
Computer literate (Microsoft office).Can solve logistical challenges.Effective time-management and organizational skillAbility to juggle multiple responsibilities at one timeGreat attention to detailAbility to work in very fast-paced environmentCan work the hours requiredEducation / Work Experience :
Bachelor's degree preferred but not requiredBusiness management and / or retail sales experience is preferred but not required.B2R offers compensation that is based on education, experience, expertise, and availability.
