Job Summary

Duties
- Perform general office administrative tasks, including answering phones and managing correspondence.

- Handle accounts payable tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Provide assistance in preparing reports and presentations as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including familiarity with phone systems and basic troubleshooting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and Quickbooks
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is essential.
