BDC Call Center Representative Description
By developing relationships and using internal resources such as internet leads and advertising programs, the Call Center Representative will assist our customers in identifying their ideal vehicle and linking them to our qualified Product Specialist. Our Call Center Representatives are expected to be professional, courteous and knowledgeable, keeping up to date on manufacturer changes to models as well as the company's inventory selection.
Qualifications
The ideal Call Center Representative is organized and able to multi-task and follow directions from the Management Team and work collaboratively with the Sales Team.
They should be a good communicator, both in person and able to write effectively in email communications
Our company uses many different technologies and our Sales Representatives are expected to be comfortable with and make use of all of the programs that we use including CDK, Drive Centric, Rapid Recon, Microsoft 365 (IE: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) and Teams as well as various Manufacturer websites.
This position requires an acceptable records check.
