Shuttle Driver Description
Enhances the service customers positive experience by safely taking them to their home/office while their automobile is being serviced and informs the Service Manager of any customer concerns.
Qualifications
The ideal Shuttle Driver is organized and able to multi-task and follow directions from the Management Team
They should be a good communicator, both in person and on the phone.
Our company uses many different technologies and our Shuttle Drivers are expected to be comfortable with and make use of all of the programs that we use including CDK, Microsoft 365 and Teams.
This position requires a valid driver license and acceptable records check.
