If you are a licensed real estate agent with a proven track record of sales, our training program will help you refine your lead generation strategies. We’ll show you how to maximize Zillow’s live tour requests to fuel your business growth. The results speak for themselves – our agents consistently close 2-3 escrows per month within their first 90 days, thanks to our premium leads and top-tier training.
Our onboarding and training are second to none. Your first five days with us will be an intensive, hands-on experience. You’ll gain a clear, focused skill set – from mastering lead conversion techniques to conducting effective buyer / seller consultations and handling contracts with confidence. Our goal is to get you showing homes and closing deals fast.
What we’re looking for :
- A passion for representing buyers and sellers in residential transactions
- A proven track record of real estate transactions
- Proficiency in drafting residential purchase agreements and listing agreements
- Strong skills in conducting property evaluations to determine accurate values
- Commitment to being highly responsive and available for clients
- Diligence in keeping CRM tools and systems updated with Zillow and partner information
