POSITION DUTIES:
- Work directly on sales floor, and registers, throughout the store, assisting customers
- Maintain store appearance with general cleaning, caring for plants, dusting, pricing, stocking and displaying merchandise
- Assist with carryout and cart retrieval
- Use the telephone to assist and answer customers questions and provides information.
- Provide accurate, timely and friendly service to both Bachman’s customers and potential customers
- Take orders for outdoor sales
- Assist the floral department as needed
- Demonstrates excellent customer relations and communication skills is required.
- Must be able to read and write English, perform basic math skills.
- High energy level.
- Basic computer skills are required
- Demonstrated ability to follow through on work direction.
- Past register experience - preferred
- Work is performed in areas with weather extremes of heat and cold, and wet conditions.
- The position requires standing/walking on hard surface during the entire shift, working at a fast pace.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs. with frequent bending
