Position Duties:
- Perform maintenance duties, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and special projects involving refrigeration, electrical and general repair
- Consult with a manager in planning specific job needs and arrange for necessary materials and supplies as needed
- Respond to emergencies atassigned complexes as required
- Operate low pressure boilers
- EPA certification, preferred
- Boilers license OR willingness to obtain certification within six months from start of employment
- Valid driver's license
