POSITION DUTIES:
- Act as primary team leader during absence of the Pulling Coordinator.
- Assist in providing proper training and work direction to the Pulling Fulfillment Team.
- Pull, pack, and load product for Nursery Wholesale customers
- Ensure equipment is being used and maintained in proper manner
- To perform nursery wholesale duties when necessary including receiving incoming product, and other maintenance duties as assigned
- Two-year horticulture certificate or equivalent nursery/landscape experience and two years customer service/nursery yard operations, preferred
- Excellent working knowledge of landscape plant materials required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills required
- Must have good interpersonal skills, leadership skills and demonstrated ability to work as a team player
- MNLA Nursery Professional Certification preferred
