POSITION DUTIES:
- Provide on-site customer service to customers including but not limited to pulling product, reserving product for future orders, loading product, and giving directions.
- Monitor plant quality as orders are filled.
- Assist in other areas as needed in order to meet deadlines.
- Be a partner on managing, organizing, and communicating customer needs to personnel across the company
- Provide customer service and direction to on-site customers, vendors, and other traffic when necessary to ensure a positive experience for staff and customers alike
- Good working knowledge of landscape plant materials required. Basic knowledge of trees, shrubs, perennials, and annuals
- Good communication and customer service skills required
- Must have good interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work as a team player
- Very detailed oriented
- Ability to problem solve/ troubleshoot
- Ability to work in a fast paced, busy environment
- Interest in product and desire to learn more
- Ability to work predominantly outside in all weather conditions
