Job Duties:
- Assisting customers with placing incoming orders
- Assisting other florists with orders coming into and out of our systems
- Answering calls from customers and stores pertaining to products, events, workshops, and deliveries
- Handling customer comments and complaints
- Strong data entry and computer skills
- Excellent phone manner
- Ability to prioritize
- Strong follow through
- Detail oriented
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Strong selling skills
- Plant and flower material knowledge preferred
- Able to sit, be on the phone and on the computer for the majority of the day
