Job Summary:
Bachman’s Roofing is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our target audience. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in copywriting, analytics, and performance marketing, with a solid understanding of market trends. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communication strategies that align with company goals.
- Create compelling content for various channels including website, social media, newsletter, and marketing materials
- Conduct a market search to identify trends and insights that inform communication efforts
- Utilize analytical tools to measure the effectiveness of the communication campaign and adjust strategies accordingly
- Manage the development and design of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
- Coordinate with vendors, including advertising agencies, and print and media partners, to execute marketing initiatives.
- Experience in digital marketing strategies, tactics, and corresponding analytics.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
- Assist in event planning and execution, including trade shows, community events, and promotional campaigns.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in B2C lead generation
- 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as social media platforms, email marketing software, and analytics tools.
- Experience with content creation, copywriting, and graphic design is required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship builder
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the home improvement or construction industry is a plus.
- Expert knowledge of software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other similar tools is required.
